Inside Sales – Sales Support – National Accounts
Base Salary: $75,000 – $85,000
Bonus: 10%+ (based on SAM Team performance)
My client is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales – Sales Support Representative to join their growing sales team, with a focus on supporting the Strategic Account Managers as well as the ability to close smaller deals.
This role plays a critical part in their SAM Team, working with well-known national clients within education, sports venues, museums and amusement parks.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales engagements on Strategic Accounts, working closely with the SAM (Strategic Account Management) team.
- Create, manage, and deliver compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
- Drive revenue and performance to support team goals and quarterly targets.
- Maintain a high level of activity across outbound and inbound sales efforts.
- Support the SAM team lightly – your role is primarily focused on sales execution, not account management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design and operations teams
Requirements:
- Proven background in B2B sales, preferably in Inside Sales and/or Sales Support within construction, building materials and/or architecture industries
- National or Strategic Accounts experience
- Experience with proposals and RFPs Excellent communication and proposal-building skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative sales environments.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to operate with minimal support.
- We are not looking for candidates coming from software sales
