Our client is a global leader in manufacturing safety products that service healthcare, hospitality and food solutions. They are seeking to hire a Marketing Manager responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans; enhancing brand recognition and reputation. Develop market positioning and support profitability and growth.
Role reports to an office. Hybrid is not an option.
Responsibilities:
- Create marketing messaging, concepts and strategies to maximize brand
- Ensure best market positioning to meet/exceed business initiatives and goals
- Understand organization’s market position and alignment in national market
- Create national campaigns not further organization’s reach
- Compose company marketing communications for internal and external use
- Develop creative and innovative ideas to promote the organization’s products and services
- Establish and maintain relationships within the organization, partnering to complete each project
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related
- Min. 7+ years of Marketing experience preferably within the hospitality, food service and/or healthcare industries
- Experience in Marketing Campaigns and Digital Advertising
- Experience in Content Creation and Social Media Strategies
- Experience creating marketing video content for social media
- Marketing background with Large to Medium sized businesses
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize, strong attention to details
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (social media insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
Offering:
- Base Salary $75,000 – $110,000 (based on experience)
- Full Benefits Package, 401K & PTO
