My client is an industry leader in website design solutions that target the healthcare, legal and accounting sectors. They are seeking to hire an experienced SEO Strategist responsible for the development and implementation of SEO strategies to increase client website traffic, track and analyze performance. In this role, the Strategist will ensure sites are optimized properly utilizing their expertise and developing best practices.
This is a Hybrid role with 3 days in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Lead an SEO team, provide training as needed
- Utilize tools to access SEO performance
- Ensure a positive ROI, website traffic and search results/conversions for clients
- SEO strategy development and implementation
- Conduct client website audits and competitor analyses; prepare reports
- Maximize rankings by linking strategies and assisting with anchor text
- Collaborate with clients of all value and risk-levels ensuring alignment with KPIs and goals; plan and implement SEO strategies and online campaigns
- Guide content teams by conducting keyword research
- Gather data and analytics on rankings, website traffic and other SEO related data; report findings
- Track and analyze SEO statistics i.e. bounce rate, click rate, redirects, etc.
- Confirm content is optimized for SEO; building systems and developing best practices
- Create SEO roadmap in collaboration with digital operations and product development teams
- Evaluate SEO technical issues, make recommendations to fix
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create approaches to SEM
- Provide team guidance on SEO strategies, best practices and techniques for account management
- Keep well-informed of SEO industry, competitors, market trends and updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 3+ years of SEO management experience
- Min. 10+ years of SEO experience
- Knowledge/Understanding of local SEO
- Knowledge/Understanding of online client acquisition, performance marketing, content marketing and conversion
- Experience with HTML/CSS
- Experience with relevant tools i.e. RavenTools, SEMrush, etc.
- Expert proficiency with analytic web tools i.e. TapClicks or Google Analytics
- Proficient in data analysis techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel) and CRM (Salesforce)
- Excellent Communication and project management skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
Offering:
- Base Salary $95,000 – $105,000 (based on experience) + MBO to $125,000
- Full Benefits Package, 401K
