Our client is a global leader in financial services and payment services technologies. They are seeking to hire an Account Executive responsible for onsite visits of existing accounts to support, develop and grow the business. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities and sell the entire suite of products/solutions while building strong relationships to drive business in support of the organization’s initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Meet/exceed sales goals quotas
  • Manage, nurture and develop existing accounts within an assigned territory
  • Visit existing accounts onsite
  • Promote and grow the business; provide training as needed
  • Identify and manage new business opportunities
  • Manage and maintain existing network relationships
  • Drive sales and efficiencies within assigned territory
  • Provide business and operational support ensuring continuity of business and network growth
  • Review productivity reports; analyze and prepare reports
  • Establish and build relationships with key organizations in the community
  • Resolve any issues in collaboration with other departments to ensure resolution
  • Keep well-informed of the industry, competitors, market trends and report findings to leadership

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Min. 2+ years of Sales experience within financial services, money transfer industry
  • Consultative sales experience
  • Bilingual Spanish required
  • Hunter Mentality
  • Documented Sales Success of meeting and achieving sales goals
  • Ability to develop, manage and maintain relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel within the territory, some possible overnights

 

Offering:

  • Base Salary $60,000 – $70,000 (based on market and experience)
  • Year 1 @ plan $90,000 – $100,000
  • Uncapped Commissions
  • Mileage Reimbursement
  • Full Benefits Package, 401K
