My client is a global leader in medical device that develops innovative technologies and solutions that specifically target dermatology and plastic surgery. They are seeking to hire a Business Development Manager responsible for promoting products/solutions growth within a pre-determined clientele. Conduct a needs assessment, recommend and customize solutions to ensure success.  The Territory Sales Manager will manage an entire sales cycle, close deals and create sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have a background of strong, successful and documented performances.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Meet/exceed sales quotas within assigned territory
  • Develop and implement sales strategies; support business strategies and promote growth
  • Prospect via outbound communication (cold-calling, emails, etc.)
  • Drive sales, efficiencies and promote growth within assigned territory
  • Establish and build client relationships with key decision makers
  • Build and assess sales pipeline
  • Conduct needs assessments and understand client goals; tailor available services/solutions to meet needs
  • Keep well-informed of available products/solutions, competitors, market trends and articulate the value proposition
  • Attend training meetings as required

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Min. 2+ years of Medical Device Sales experience within Aesthetic Laser industry required
  • Familiarity with medspa and/or aesthetic office operations a plus
  • Experience within a global/international organization required
  • Ability to prospect within a territory with high call activity
  • Documented Sales Success of meeting/exceeding sales goals (multiple President’s Awards YOY)
  • Experience prospecting and closing deals
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills
  • Excellent Analytical, Negotiation and Organizational skills
  • Ability to travel within territory

 

Offering:

  • Base Salary $75,000 – $80,000+ (based on experience)
  • Year 1 @ plan $160,000 – $200,000
  • Ramp Compensation
  • Uncapped Commissions, Residuals
  • Car package $10,000 + all mileage
  • Mobile/Home office expenses
  • Full Benefit Package Day 1, 401K
