Our client is a world leader that provides business management software and solutions specifically designed for manufacturing, distribution, retail and automotive. Their software and solutions assists all sizes of distributors, wholesalers and suppliers manage their business and increase profits. They are seeking to hire an Enterprise Account Executive responsible for prospecting to identify net new enterprise business opportunities and promoting growth. This role is an individual contributor role that has player/coach responsibilities to a team. The position will require experience in solution based, consultative sales; selling an entire suite of products and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed sales quotas
- New Business development and management (prospect and develop new clients and relationships)
- Manage sales cycle; prospecting to close
- Prospect through outbound communication, generate new leads and build a strong pipeline
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Present demos on available products/solutions
- Establish and maintain client relationships
- Articulate the value proposition of solutions and products; make recommendations based on needs
- Collaborate with other sales professionals to assist with closing deals
- Maintain and update CRM system
- Attend and participate in sales meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 5-10+ years of B2B Sales experience within ERP software solutions required; preferably within distribution
- Experience prospecting, cold-calling and closing large enterprise deals (Average deal size $1m)
- Hunter mentality; new business development
- Ability to motivate and coach a team
- Experience targeting Fortune 500 to 1000 companies
- Documented Sales Success of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM
- Ability to travel as needed
Offering:
- Base Salary $175,000 – $200,000 (based on experience)
- Year 1 @ plan $350,000 – $400,000
- Uncapped Commissions
- Full Benefits Package
