Our client is a leading supplier of recreation equipment. They are seeking an Outside Sales Representative that is extremely driven by selling a product they can be excited and passionate about within their set/protected territory. As an Outside Sales Rep, you will be prospecting in the field for new prospects as well as building existing relationships. Presentations are made to small and large clients (Lunch and Learns); therefore you must possess strong presentation skills. Candidates must be comfortable selling a complex product as well as a longer sales cycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- Min. 3+ years Business to Business Sales experience selling building materials, construction sales and/or architectural sales required
- Seeking sales backgrounds with experience selling new business as well as relationship sales
- Knowledge/understanding of construction plans/drawings a plus
- Excellent presentation skills (small and large groups)
- Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent Communication and Time Management skills
- Ability to travel within territory
Offering:
- Year 1 $80,000 + 20% Commissions
- Expenses: Computer, Phone, Mileage and Health
