Strategic Account Manager – POS & E-Commerce

Our client is a global leader in enterprise software solutions tailored to the retail, distribution and manufacturing sectors. Their technology empowers distributors, wholesalers, and suppliers to optimize operations and drive profitability. They are seeking to hire an Strategic Account Manager responsible for providing expertise to the ERP Team with new and existing clients.  This partnership will work hand in hand to identify new business opportunities and promoting growth within existing accounts. The position will require experience in solution based, consultative sales; selling an entire suite of products and solutions.

Role:  Hybrid (remote) Travel as needed to see clients

 

Responsibilities:

  • Meet/exceed sales quotas
  • Business development and management (within new clients and relationships)
  • Manage sales cycle; prospecting to close
  • Present demos on available products/solutions
  • Upsell payments solutions/products to new and existing clients
  • Articulate the value proposition of solutions and products; make recommendations based on needs
  • Collaborate with other sales professionals to assist with closing deals
  • Maintain and update CRM system
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Min. 5+ years of B2B Sales experience within Payment Software Solutions required
  • Experience within selling E-commerce, POS required
  • Hunter mentality; new business development experience
  • Documented Sales Success of meeting/exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM
  • Ability to travel as needed within territory approx. 30%

 

Offering:

  • Base Salary $120,000 – $130,000 (based on experience)
  • Uncapped Commissions @ plan $200,000 – $210,000
  • Full Benefits Package
