Medical Grade – Skincare Sales

Our client is in the medical device industry specializing in innovative technologies and luxury skincare solutions. They are seeking to hire a Skincare Sales Rep responsible for driving product growth, establishing and maintaining client relationships and accounts and new business development. This role requires a strong focus on prospecting for new business opportunities, account management, and sales execution.

Territory: DC, MD, VA

 

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas
  • Manage and grow an assigned territory, driving sales and efficiencies
  • New business development; prospect, identify new opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Educate and train on products/solutions
  • Stay informed about industry, market trends and report findings to management
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline through lead generation and outreach
  • Document all communications and maintain an organized database
  • Attend meetings, conferences and tradeshows

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Min. 3+ years of Skincare Sales / Aesthetic Sales experience required
  • Experience managing a territory and experience launching new products
  • Experience in both hunting new business and account management
  • Demonstrated success with sales documentation and meeting/exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong relationship-building skills with key decision-makers
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory

 

Offering:

  • Base Salary $85,000 – $95,000+ (based on market and experience)
  • Year @ plan $150,000 – $175,000
  • Uncapped Commissions
  • Quarterly Bonus Potential
