Playground Installer, Team Lead

Our client is a leading supplier of recreation and outdoor equipment. They are seeking to hire an experienced Playground Installer responsible for leading a team and managing projects from start to completion. In this role, you will ensure that safety standards are adhered to and the efficient execution of projects in a timely manner.
Will travel to sites in Mesa, AZ and surrounding area.
Responsibilities:
- Install playgrounds and outdoor recreation equipment / furnishings ensuring safety standards are met
- Transport materials and equipment to installation sites
- Project management; oversee projects from start to completion
- Schedule installations in collaboration with sales team and clients
- Lead a team of installers, educate and train as needed
- Maintain communication and documentation through each installation / project
Requirements:
- Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) certification required
- Experience installing playgrounds (30+ completed installations)
- Experience operating a Skid Steer
- Ability to drive a truck with attached trailer
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Knowledge/Understanding of construction plans / documents
- Ability to lead a team of installers
- Excellent Communication skills
Offering:
- Base $75,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)
- Occasional overtime required
