Regional Sales Manager – Surgical Sales – Biologics

My medical device client is an innovative company that develops and manufactures regenerative therapies for wound and tissue repair. They are seeking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to manage a team.

 

Profile:

  • Medical Device Sales selling Biologics and/or Regenerative Medicine
  • Experience selling in the OR
  • Must have experience/relationships within hospitals within territory

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Min. 5+ years of Medical Sales experience as an RSM preferably within Wound Care, Orthopedics and/or Trauma
  • Experience selling within an OR setting
  • New business development experience with ability to close large deals
  • Experience selling to hospitals and clinics
  • Knowledge/Understanding of biotechnology industry and trends
  • Knowledge/Understanding of Healthcare reimbursement preferred
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships amongst key decision makers
  • Documented Sales Success of meeting and achieving sales goals
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel as needed

 

Offering:

  • Base Salary $120,000 – $140,000 (based on experience/market)
  • Year 1 @ plan $250,000 – $350,000
  • Expenses (Auto, Phone)
