Clinical Sales Specialist – Regenerative Tissue

My client assists patients with biologically active regenerative therapies for wound and tissue repair. They are seeking to hire a Clinical Sales Specialist responsible for assisting with the development of training programs and educational content. Drive product usage by establishing key relationships, providing clinical expertise and ultimately increasing account revenue. In this role, the Specialist will support the organization across a region to provide clinical support, education and training.
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales and clinical support and training on products/systems; set-up, usage and post-surgery care
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and Key Decision Makers
- Provide clinical expertise on-site and in the field; support surgical cases as needed
- Conduct education/training programs on product knowledge and utilization
- Identify and report on product performance, client feedback/needs and potential new business
- Partner with Sales Leadership to develop and implement business growth strategies
- Become a liaison with hospital/clinic staff regarding product effectiveness and patient management/needs
- Assist in the field with development of products, product launch/introductions and promotions
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, studies/activities, new developments, competitors, etc.
- Attend and present at sponsored events, industry conferences and company meetings
Requirements:
- Licensed RN, BSN, NP, PA and/or WCN or related certification required
- Min. 3+ years of Clinical Training experience required within burn and/or wound care
- Acute burn care experience required
- Medical Sales experience required within trauma, tissue or orthopedics
- Experience navigating hospital systems (credentialing)
- Experience working with Key Decision Makers and OR personnel
- Ability to work in a hospital and/or clinic setting
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize accounts/projects
- Ability to travel 50% within the territory including overnights
Offering:
- Base Salary $90,000 – $110,000 (based on experience)
- Year 1 @ plan $165,000 – $185,000
