Senior Account Executive – Aesthetics

We are currently partnering with a start up with Series A funding that has created a new category for the aesthetics industry.  You must have strong contracts in the NYC Metro area with elite dermatologists, cosmetic physicians, and plastic surgeons.  This is a new business development role within a defined territory, ideal for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong connections in the aesthetic space. You will manage a set of accounts that have been established but your goal is to drive new adoption of this post-surgical application on the skin.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Min. 5+ years of experience specifically targeting plastic and cosmetic surgeons
  • New product launch experience
  • Strong documentation of sales performance (over 100%, P Club, Awards)
  • Must have longevity in positions
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Proficient in CRM (Salesforce, Cooper)
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize accounts/projects
  • Ability to travel within the territory, some overnights

 

Offering:

  • Base Salary $115,000 – $125,000 (based on experience)
  • Year 1 @ plan $225,000 – $250,000
  • Uncapped Commissions from dollar 1
  • Monthly & Quarterly Commissions
