Senior Account Executive – Aesthetics

We are currently partnering with a start up with Series A funding that has created a new category for the aesthetics industry. You must have strong contracts in the NYC Metro area with elite dermatologists, cosmetic physicians, and plastic surgeons. This is a new business development role within a defined territory, ideal for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong connections in the aesthetic space. You will manage a set of accounts that have been established but your goal is to drive new adoption of this post-surgical application on the skin.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 5+ years of experience specifically targeting plastic and cosmetic surgeons
- New product launch experience
- Strong documentation of sales performance (over 100%, P Club, Awards)
- Must have longevity in positions
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Proficient in CRM (Salesforce, Cooper)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize accounts/projects
- Ability to travel within the territory, some overnights
Offering:
- Base Salary $115,000 – $125,000 (based on experience)
- Year 1 @ plan $225,000 – $250,000
- Uncapped Commissions from dollar 1
- Monthly & Quarterly Commissions
