Enterprise Sales – Conversational AI  (Expansion)

Our client is a world leader that provides communication solutions and network services. They are seeking to hire an Enterprise Account Executive (net new logo hunter) to identify new business opportunities within a territory to sell their conversational AI / contact center (CX) technology and platforms. The position will involve maintaining current knowledge of available products/solutions within the organization as well as competitors.

 

Seeking candidates for Expansion territories!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Meet / exceed sales goals and quotas
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • 100% new business development (New Logos)
  • Manage sales cycle; new business sales and cross-sell
  • Build and maintain client relationships; becoming the trusted advisor, ensuring retention and increased business
  • Keep well-informed of available products/solutions, their competitors and make recommendations to existing clients
  • Consultative and solution-based selling; Articulating the value proposition of solutions and products

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Min. 5+ years of Sales experience with selling CX complex software solutions / services required
  • Experience identifying new business opportunities and closing large enterprise deals required
  • Experience selling cloud-based contact center business platforms required
  • Experience prospecting and closing large deals (over $100K)
  • Experience in longer sales cycle (3 months)
  • Documented success in quota achievement environment
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM
  • Ability to travel as needed within territory (Trade Shows)

 

Offering:

  • Base Salary $100,000 – $125,000 (based on experience and territory)
  • Year 1 @ plan to $250,000
  • Uncapped Commissions
