Medical Device Sales – Biologics

My medical device client is an innovative company that is growing a portfolio of regenerative therapies for wound and tissue repair. They are seeking a Medical Sales Rep responsible for new business development within an assigned territory. Responsibilities will include penetrating new business opportunities and managing clients. This position involves presentations to key opinion leaders and strategic positioning of the product within the market.
Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed sales quotas within assigned territory
- New business development; prospect and close deals
- Develop and implement sales strategies; support business strategies and promote growth
- Establish and build client relationships with key decision makers
- Drive sales, efficiencies and promote growth within assigned territory
- Assess sales pipeline and create territory forecasts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 3-5+ years’ experience in Medical Device Sales and/or Biologic Sales
- Experience in Wound Care Sales selling Skin substitute required
- New business development experience
- Knowledge and Understanding of LCD and MAC; how they work and the process
- Documented Sales Success of meeting and achieving sales goals
- Ability to develop and manage relationships amongst key decision makers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to travel as needed within territory
Offering:
- Base Salary $75,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)
- Year 1 @ plan $225,000
