DirectHR’s “Direct Gives Back” 2014 Food Drive a Huge Success

Basking Ridge, NJ – November 20, 2014

DirectHR’s “Direct Gives Back” Holiday Food Drive to benefit The Interfaith Food Pantry of Morris County was one of the best program the company has had so far. Local businesses, family, and friends donated a large quantity of canned goods and non-perishable items over the last month.

Jamie Presley, Senior Account Manager, Direct Sales Recruiting organized the food drive. “I thought that the food pantry would be a great idea especially around holidays. I know some families are in need of food and what a great way to help locals in need in Morris County”, said Presley.  Jamie Presley and Deborah Bruno, President, DirectHR & Direct Sales Recruiting, had the privilege of visiting the food pantry today to drop off the donated items.

Direct Give Back aims to not only give back to the community, but to involve DirectHR & Direct Sales Recruiting’s employees, neighbors, and friends in community service. Over the years, Direct Give Back has donated to men and women’s shelters, held clothing drives, donated their time and efforts to counsel locals on their career paths, and donated money to organizations including the American Cancer Society, the Ronald McDonald House Charities, and various other organizations.
