Are you a seasoned Medical Device Sales professional with a proven track record in OR settings? Join an innovative company at the forefront of regenerative medicine, developing therapies for wound and tissue repair. Our client is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to manage existing clients while driving new business development within a designated territory.
Role Overview:
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Penetrate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct presentations to surgeons and operate within OR/surgical settings.
Candidate Profile:
- Extensive experience in Medical Device Sales, with expertise in Biologics and/or Regenerative Medicine.
- Proven success in selling within the Operating Room (OR).
- Established relationships within hospitals, surgical centers, and clinics in the territory.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Min 3+ years of Medical Sales experience within OR settings.
- Proven expertise in new business development.
- Experience selling to hospitals, surgical centers, and/or clinics.
- Solid knowledge of biotechnology industry trends and healthcare reimbursement (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships with decision-makers.
- Documented success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience/market).
- Year 1 Earnings: $180,000 – $200,000 at plan.
- Comprehensive Benefits Package.
