Our client is a global leader in manufacturing safety products that service healthcare, hospitality and food solutions. They are seeking to hire a Supply Chain Support Specialist responsible for providing support in supply chain processes; analyze data, prepare reports and maintain records. In this role, you will collaborate with leadership to support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiencies.
Role reports to an office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the supply chain team
- Prepare reports and presentations from supply chain data to help drive business
- Support supply chain processes; maintain supply with minimal excess
- Assist with procuring materials/supplies as needed ensuring timely delivery
- Analyze supply chain data; help identify trends, forecasting demands and report to leadership
- Support implementation of improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost reductions
- Update and maintain records and systems
- Assist with meeting preparation; create meeting documents/presentations, gather necessary information and organize materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related required
- Min. 3+ years of Supply Chain Support experience
- Project Management experience preferred
- Excellent Communication and Analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects, meet strict deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel – intermediate to advanced level, PowerPoint)
Offering:
- Base Salary $75,000 – $95,000 (based on experience)
- Full Benefits Package, 401K
