Inside Sales – Strategic Accounts Representative
Location: Charlotte, NC
Base Salary: $90,000 – $95,000
Bonus: 20% (based on SAM team performance)
We’re seeking a dynamic Inside Sales – Strategic Sales Representative to join my client’s growing sales team, with a focus on closing mid-tier deals and supporting high-value strategic accounts.
This role plays a critical part in their channel sales motion, working with well-known national clients within education, sports venues, museums and amusement parks.
Hybrid: Reports to an office 2-3 times a week.
Responsibilities:
- Own and close deals in the $50,000 – $500,000 range, primarily within our Channel client portfolio.
- Lead sales engagements on Strategic Accounts, working closely with the SAM (Strategic Account Management) team.
- Create, manage, and deliver compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
- Drive revenue and performance to support team goals and quarterly targets.
- Maintain a high level of activity across outbound and inbound sales efforts.
- Support the SAM team lightly – your role is primarily focused on sales execution, not account management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design and operations teams, located in Charlotte where the ideal candidate will be based.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Proven background in B2B sales, preferably in Inside Sales with National or Strategic Accounts experience a must in a tangible consultative sale
- We are not looking for candidates coming from software sales
- Track record of closing deals in the $50K – $500K range
- Excellent communication and proposal-building skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative sales environments.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to operate with minimal support.
