Inside Sales Support – Commercial Recreation Equipment (Remote)

Our client is a leading supplier of recreation equipment. They are seeking to hire an Inside Sales Support Rep responsible for supporting outside sales reps with growing client relationships and providing top tier service. Manage sales order process; generate quotes, order entry and post-order support while ensuring client satisfaction. Seeking candidates that are extremely driven by success with the ability and acumen to represent the organization and promote growth.
Role: REMOTE (must live close to Riverside/Corona to attend meetings as needed)
Responsibilities:
- Generate quotes and create proposals for clients
- Design custom layouts of playgrounds ensuring to meet clients’ needs/requests
- Process orders and transactions
- Ensure client satisfaction; manage and respond to inquiries and provide support post-order
- Maintain database, update as needed
- Attend tradeshows and conferences
Requirements:
- Associates Degree required (or higher)
- Min. 1-2+ years of Sales experience
- Proficient in web presentation software and business productivity tools
- Experience with HubSpot or related CRM systems a plus
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
- Strong phone etiquette/demeanor
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Minimal travel; corporate meetings, tradeshows

- Hourly Rate: $26/hour + Year-End Bonus Potential
