Client Service Account Manager

My client provides comprehensive management solutions within the pharmaceutical and healthcare vertical. They are seeking to hire a Client Service Account Manager responsible for order and inventory distribution accuracy. Ensure orders are processed, meet client requirements and are shipped in a timely manner.  Hybrid role that reports to the office 3 days/week.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain understanding of client expectations while accessing practicality of requests, provide resolutions
  • Review open orders daily to ensure orders are processed and released on time and according to the SOW
  • Assists with client order fulfillment requests
  • Verify order accuracy; confirm order reflects client requirements and the proper items are ordered, shipped and all appropriate documentation is included
  • Collaborate with internal teams to make certain orders are shipped on time and order changes are updated
  • Document and prepare reports regarding inventory and scheduling accuracy, downtime and peak order time periods for analysis
  • Analyze existing processes, recommend changes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Min. 3+ years of experience in a client facing role
  • Supply Chain experience preferred
  • Experience with data analysis techniques and tools (or Microsoft certified)
  • Knowledge/Understanding of data governance principles and practices
  • Knowledge/Understanding of Good Distribution Practices and Good Documentation Practices
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and prepare reports
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Exceptional Problem-Solving and Analytical skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, strong Excel

 

Offering:

  • Base $60,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)
  • Benefits, 401K, PTO
