My client is a leading medical device company within the aesthetics industry. They are seeking to hire a Regional Sales Manager responsible for managing, developing and overall productivity and effectiveness of a sales team. Responsible for assisting with the strategy and selling process to enhance overall sales capabilities. The Regional Sales Manager will direct and support the consistent implementation of key initiatives to secure business development opportunities, increase revenue and promote growth. Seeking Sales Management candidates for an Expansion territory!

 

Product Portfolio: Skincare/Hair Serum, PRP and Filler (New Launch)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all sales goals are met and/or exceeded
  • Assist with recruiting and hiring process
  • Develop sales strategies with team to increase sales revenue
  • Oversee the development and performance of the Sales Team
  • Establish and build client relationships with key decision makers
  • Maintain records of all of the Sales team’s sales activity and reports
  • Keep well-informed of available products / solutions, competitors, market trends
  • Attend training on new products and technologies

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Min. 5+ years of Aesthetics and/or Skincare Sales experience required
  • Min. 2+ years of Sales Management experience
  • Documented Sales Success of meeting/exceeding sales goals
  • Experience hunting, prospecting and closing deals
  • Strong Communication & Presentation skills
  • Excellent Analytical, Negotiation & Organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM
  • Ability to travel within territory

 

Offering:

  • Base Salary up to $120,000
  • Year 1 @ plan $350,000 – $400,000
  • Uncapped Commissions (residuals)
  • Equity
  • Expenses  (Car Allowance, Gas, Travel)
  • Full Benefit Package
