Our client is a global leader in supplying products that service healthcare, hospitality and food solutions. They are seeking to hire a hands-on, business-oriented finance executive who brings strong accounting fundamentals but operates as a true partner to the business. This is not a traditional back-office finance role—this leader will sit at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy, helping guide key decisions that impact growth, cost structure, and overall performance.

This individual will work closely with senior leadership to assess business performance, optimize financial outcomes, and bring clarity to complex operational dynamics.

Role reports to an office (M-F).

Responsibilities: 

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Build and own financial models that support business planning, forecasting, and decision-making
• Translate financial data into actionable insights tied to growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Partner with leadership to evaluate business performance, including cost structures (e.g., transportation/logistics, operational spend)
• Drive KPI development and performance tracking across the organization

Business Partnership & Operational Finance

• Act as a thought partner to leadership on key business decisions—not just reporting results, but shaping them
• Evaluate and optimize unit economics, margins, and cost drivers across the business
• Support assessment and management of operational investments and trade-offs

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Produce accurate and timely financial statements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP standards
• Manage external audit processes and relationships

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Min. 10-15 years of progressive experience across Finance and Accounting
• Strong foundation in Accounting (GAAP, auditing); CPA preferred but not required
• Experience operating at a company-wide, executive level, not just within finance
• Proven ability to connect financial insights to real business decisions
• Background that shows stability and depth (e.g., meaningful tenure and progression over ~10+ years in prior roles)
• Experience managing banking relationships and financial infrastructure
• Track record of leading teams and building scalable processes

Offering: 

• Base Salary $200,000 – $250,000 (based on experience)
• Bonus Potential
