Territory Sales – Medical Grade Skincare

Our client is a leader in the medical aesthetics industry that specializes in innovative technologies and solutions tailored for dermatology and/or plastic surgeons. They are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive product growth, manage existing accounts, and acquire new business.
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting the company’s products and solutions, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and executing sales strategies to achieve growth and sales quotas. This role requires a strong focus on lead generation, account management, and sales execution.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas
- Manage and grow an assigned territory, driving sales and efficiencies
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Stay informed about market trends and report findings to management
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline through lead generation and outreach
- Document all communications and maintain an organized database
- Develop and implement training programs
- Coordinate events to promote brand and increase revenue
- Attend meetings, conferences as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 3+ years of B2B Medical-Grade Skincare Sales experience
- Experience selling to medical practices/clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons and/or med spas
- Documented Sales Success of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Experience hunting, prospecting and closing deals
- Strong relationship-building skills with key decision-makers
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in video-conferencing tools and social media
- Ability to travel within the territory, some possible overnights
Offering:
- Base Salary to $120,000
- Year 1 @ plan $170,000 – $180,000
- Expenses, Benefits, 401(k)
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
