Territory Capital Sales Manager – Aesthetic Sales

Our client is a global leader in medical aesthetics and is seeking to hire a Territory Capital Sales Rep to focus on new business development. Your territory will have the support of a PDM as well to help manage and support the continued success of cutting-edge aesthetic solutions in dermatology and plastic surgery practices. The ideal candidate should have a background of strong, successful and documented performances.
Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed sales quotas within assigned territory
- Support new business development with your territory
- Identify upselling opportunities and generate cross-sell referrals
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on product indications, benefits and usage
- Partner with providers to optimize business outcomes and promote procedural volume
- Manage sales contracts, pricing quotes, and promotional tools
- Monitor territory pipeline, forecast trends, and track performance metrics
- Attend trainings, tradeshows and present product demos
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
- Min. 2+ years of B2B Sales experience within Medical Device, Aesthetics, Dental, etc.
- Backgrounds can be any type of sales within skincare, lasers, dental, capital sales
- Documented Sales Success of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong understanding of clinical language, techniques, and procedural workflows
- Proven experience selling, hunting, prospecting and closing deals
- Knowledge/Understanding of FDA GMPs
- Excellent communicator and presenter-comfortable presenting to physicians and/or large groups
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools
- Willingness to travel within a defined territory (may include some overnights)
Offering:
- Base Salary: $85,000 – $100,000+ (based on experience)
- Year 1 OTE to $250,000+ (Uncapped Commissions 12-18%)
