Our client is a leading construction contractor representing a number of manufacturers of outdoor recreation equipment and amenities. They are seeking to hire a Sales Support Manager responsible for supporting a sales team administratively as well as providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will streamline processes, coordinate between departments and help drive overall sales efficiency.

Role reports to the office daily.

Responsibilities:

• Qualify initial sales leads and send proposals
• Coordinate call schedules and attend sales calls as needed
• Monitor sales pipeline and necessary follow-ups
• Collect and create quotes; request pricing and create workups
• Provide sales cycle support; input design requests and place orders
• Supply order updates; timelines, shipping etc.
• Respond to client inquiries, address any issues and seek resolutions
• Compile and mail out sales assets to current and prospective clients
• Support onboarding and training of new sales reps
• Build and develop a sales support team
• CRM database management; prepare reports and analytics
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of competitors, market trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Min. 3-5+ years of Sales Support and/or Inside Sales experience within Construction, Outdoor Recreation and/or Design
• Experience in a management / leadership role
• Experience in marketing research and strategy
• Ability to implement processes and develop a team
• Ability to multi-task, attention to detail
• Strong Organizational and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication and Analytical skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM

Offering:

• Base Salary $85,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)
• Full Benefits Package, 401K
