Regional Sales Director – Medical Aesthetics

Our client is a global leader in medical aesthetic devices, developing innovative technologies and solutions for dermatology and plastic surgery professionals. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Director to lead, coach, and develop a team of 8-10 sales representatives while driving revenue growth across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Drive regional sales growth and exceed revenue objectives
- Develop and execute strategic business plans
- Build relationships with physicians, practice owners, and key decision-makers
- Coach and mentor sales professionals to maximize performance
- Manage forecasting, pipeline development, and sales reporting
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally to support customer success and product adoption
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 5+ years of Sales Management experience within Medical Aesthetics, Injectables, and/or Skincare
- Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and exceeding quota
- Overachievement of goals YOY
- Strong leadership, coaching, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Passion for developing talent and driving results
Offering:
- Base Salary $140,000 – $150,000+ (based on experience)
- Year 1 @ earnings up to $250,000+
- Uncapped compensation
- Territory-based role
- Travel expenses covered
- Full Benefit Package, Equity
