Our client is an award-winning, medical-based company that delivers superior safety solutions on a global scale to healthcare, hospitality and food service industries. They are seeking to hire a Product Compliance Specialist responsible for ensuring products meet specified quality standards and compliance requirements. Collaborate with other departments to implement solutions and process and/or product improvements.

Role reports to an office 5 days/wk.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks of product shipments and corresponding documentation
• Ensure FDA compliance of incoming products, investigate any discrepancies and report
• Make suggestions for improved standards, processes, packaging and/or labeling options
• Maintain product testing; perform inspections and test on products
• Monitor regulatory changes and knowledge of any new standards and regulations
• Conduct routine audits; update certifications and renewals
• Create detailed records/reports of QA activities, audit finds and corrective actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Min. 3+ years of Quality Assurance Compliance experience within Global Supply Chain
• QA experience within Manufacturing Production preferred
• Experience with FDA compliance regulations
• Knowledge/Understanding of international compliance documentation
• Import code knowledge a plus
• Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent Project Management and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Offering:

• Base Salary $75,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)
