Practice Support Specialist – Aesthetics

My client specializes in biologically active regenerative therapies designed for topical application and other advanced aesthetic procedures. They are seeking to hire a Practice Support Specialist responsible for helping to implement strategies to drive success of client’s practice and utilization of products/solutions. Manage clients post sales; assist with onboarding, trainings and product/solution integration.  In this role, you will help manage accounts and provide support at events, conferences and tradeshows.

50% Travel: Chicago, MO, MI & OH

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing strategies to drive client success
• Provide support at events, tradeshows and conferences
• Support management of assigned sales accounts
• Work with staff for onboarding and integration
• Upsell; suggest new/additional products and services to existing customers
• Establish and maintain existing client relationships that ensure retention and increase business
• Conduct education and training as needed
• Maintain product/service knowledge, attend trainings as needed
• Travel to client sites

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Min. 1 year of Aesthetics Outside Sales Experience
• Prefer skincare, laser sales and post sales experience within aesthetics
• Experience being in a clinic and supporting patient-facing teams
• Knowledge/Understanding of how to drive pull-through
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Ability to travel within territory as needed approx. 50%

Offering:

• Base Salary $80,000 – $85,000 (based on experience)
• Quarterly Bonus $10K per quarter
• Year 1 @ plan $120,000 – $125,000+
• Car Allowance $950/mon.
