Practice Development Manager – Aesthetics

My client is a global medical device company that manufactures innovative technologies and solutions that specifically target dermatology and plastic surgery. They are seeking to hire a Practice Development Manager responsible for managing the client post sale to assist with equipment installation/set-up and initial training. The Practice Development Manager will ensure clients are aware of the tools and capabilities and available to answer questions and resolve any issues.
Responsibilities:
- Support Sales team and provide client support post sales
- Manage and nurture assigned sales accounts
- Manage client onboarding; equipment set-up, best practices and training
- Mentor clients on marketing new product services
- Assist with creation of graphics and postings for social media marketing
- Upsell; suggest new/additional products and services to existing customers
- Establish and maintain existing client relationships that ensure retention and increase business
- Maintain product/service knowledge, attend trainings as needed
- Travel 30% to client sites
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Min. 2+ years of Sales experience within Aesthetics industry
- Account Management experience required
- Skincare Sales experience a plus
- Experience selling to and/or working in an Aesthetic medical practice/office
- Ability to prospect within a territory with high call activity
- Documented Sales Success of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Experience hunting, prospecting and closing deals
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong Communication & Presentation skills
- Excellent Analytical, Negotiation & Organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to travel within territory as needed
Offering:
- Base Salary $80,000
- Year 1 @ plan $100,000 – $130,000
- Uncapped Commissions (upselling, selling consumables)
- Expenses (Car, Phone, Travel)
- Full Benefits Package
