My client is a leader in the medical device industry, developing innovative technologies and solutions that support strong commercial growth and customer engagement. They are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic digital marketing plans to drive brand awareness and support business expansion. In this role, the Manager will collaborate across teams to strengthen the brand and drive profitability.

Location: Preference for candidates based in Nashville, TN. If not Nashville-based, candidates must be willing to travel to Nashville ~25% of the time.

Ideal Background: Experience in aesthetics / skincare is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets and ensure creative alignment
• Manage website branding, driving traffic and eCommerce experience (SEO, CRO, UX, site content and promos)
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on driving eCommerce revenue and achieving KPI targets
• Manage customer-facing digital needs, including troubleshooting online issues, addressing service tickets, FAQ/Help sections and communications post-purchase
• Build and maintain cross-platform analytics dashboards:
  • GA4, eCommerce platforms, ad networks, email/CRM tools
  • Traffic / tracking KPIs including traffic, CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, conversion rate, and list growth
• Oversee social media strategy and direction of content, collaborating with agencies to manage posting, development and engagement
• Create digital storytelling in partnership with internal teams utilizing clinical data, media placements, KOL content and social content
• Provide digital assets, track and report in support of ambassadors, affiliates and influencers
• Manage site enhancements, tools, digital programs and projects
• Collaborate with agencies to develop lifecycle programs
• Provide day-to-day management and direction to agencies, ensuring alignment, timely execution, and high-quality output
• Stay current on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive activity to inform strategy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
• Min. 4+ years of Digital Marketing experience
• Marketing background within aesthetics, skincare, or medical industries is a plus
• Proven experience leading a marketing team
• B2B brand management experience
• Product launch experience required
• Experience growing DTC revenue and improving performance across key metrics (CAC, CVR, traffic, ROAS, etc.)
• Experience partnering with external agencies
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Understanding and implementation of tracking pixels and a defined UTM strategy
• Knowledge of foundational SEO best practices.
• Comfortable working with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (CC), and Canva to brief or lightly create and edit digital creative
• Experience with Smartsheet (project management/work collaboration) and Box (cloud content management)
• Experience with the Shopify platform
• Familiarity with Klaviyo (email/SMS marketing) and YotPo (ratings, reviews, loyalty programs)
• Knowledge of Gorgias (customer service helpdesk) and NetSuite (ERP system)
• Experience using Celigo for integrations

• Base Salary up to $120,000 (based on experience)
