My medical device client is an innovative company that develops and manufactures regenerative therapies for wound and tissue repair. They are seeking to hire an Associate Medical Sales rep to work and support senior sales reps; prospect for new business, manage clients. Responsibilities will include penetrating new business opportunities and managing clients. This position involves presentations to surgeons and being in the OR/surgical settings.

Profile:

• Light Medical Sales experience
• Strong B2B Sales (ADP, Cintas type backgrounds)
• Hungry and Aggressive
• Seeking reps with longevity in positions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Min. 1-3+ years of B2B Sales and/or Medical Sales experience
• Experience selling within an OR setting a plus
• Seeking candidates with hunter sales background
• New business development; cold-calling experience
• Ability to develop and manage relationships amongst key decision makers
• Documented Sales Success of meeting and achieving sales goals
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Offering:

• Base Salary $50,000 – $70,000 (based on experience and market)
• Quarterly Bonus Potential
• Year 1 @ plan $90,000 – $100,000
