My client is a global developer and manufacturer of innovative technologies and solutions that specifically target aesthetic dermatology. They are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive product growth including new product launches, manage existing accounts, and acquire new business.

Position Overview:
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting the company’s products and solutions, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and executing sales strategies to achieve growth and sales quotas. This role requires a strong focus on lead generation, account management, and sales execution.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas
  • Manage and grow an assigned territory, driving sales and efficiencies
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Stay informed about market trends and report findings to management
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline through lead generation and outreach
  • Document all communications and maintain an organized database
  • Attend meetings as required

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Min. 3-5+ years of B2B Aesthetic Sales experience
  • Proven experience working in sales within injectables, skincare, dermatology and/or other lasers
  • Will consider Practice Support Reps that have experience with sales
  • Experience with buy/bill processes required
  • Experience in both hunting new business and account management
  • Demonstrated success with sales documentation and meeting/exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience with product launches
  • Strong relationship-building skills with key decision-makers
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to travel within territory as needed, including some overnight travel 

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 (depending on experience)
  • Year 1 Earnings Potential: $160,000 – $180,000 (with uncapped commissions)
  • $600 Car Allowance + Gas/Tolls
  • Expense Package
