Our client is a global leader in enterprise software solutions tailored to the rental, distribution and manufacturing sectors. Their technology empowers distributors, wholesalers, and suppliers to optimize operations and drive profitability. They are seeking to hire an Account Executive responsible for prospecting to identify new business opportunities and promoting growth. The position will require experience in solution based, consultative sales; selling an entire suite of products and solutions with a focus on distribution clients (new business).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Meet/exceed sales quotas
  • New Business development and management (prospect and develop new clients and relationships)
  • Manage sales cycle; prospecting to close
  • Prospect through outbound communication, generate new leads and build a strong pipeline
  • Present demos on available products/solutions
  • Establish and maintain client relationships
  • Articulate the value proposition of solutions and products; make recommendations based on needs
  • Collaborate with other sales professionals to assist with closing deals
  • Maintain and update CRM system
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Min. 3-8+ years of B2B SaaS Sales experience in ERP software solutions required within Automotive channel
  • Experience prospecting, cold-calling and closing deals
  • Hunter mentality; new business development
  • Knowledge/Understanding of automotive supply chain, distribution and inventory management
  • Documented Sales Success of meeting/exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM
  • Ability to travel as needed within territory

 

Offering:

  • Base Salary up to $100,000 (based on experience)
  • Year 1 @ plan up to $200,000 (based on experience)
  • Uncapped Commissions
  • Full Benefits Package
