Area Sales Manager – Aesthetic Lasers

My client is a global medical device company that focuses on innovative technologies and solutions that specifically target aesthetic dermatology. An Area Sales Manager responsible for promoting the company’s products, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and executing sales strategies to achieve growth and sales quotas. This role will manage an entire sales cycle, lead generation to closing deals. The ideal candidate should have a background of strong, successful and documented performances.

Territory includes San Francisco Bay, Sacramento & San Jose 

Responsibilities:

• Meet/exceed assigned sales quotas
• New business development; prospect, generate and qualify leads
• Manage and grow an assigned territory, driving sales and efficiencies
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
• Present demos on available products and articulate the value proposition
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation, close to follow up post-sales
• Ensure clients are provided the proper training, education and support
• Assess sales pipeline and create territory planning/forecasts
• Keep well-informed of available products/solutions, competitors and market trends
• Attend training, events and tradeshows

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Min. 3+ years of B2B Sales experience within Aesthetics and/or Medical industry required
• Experience closing complex sales required
• Hunter mentality; experience prospecting and closing deals
• Background in medical aesthetics and/or dermatology a plus
• Documented Sales Success of meeting/exceeding sales goals
• Strong Communication and Presentation skills
• Excellent Negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM
• Ability to travel within territory

Offering:

• Base Salary $90,000
• Year 1 @ plan $270,000 (based on experience)
• Quarterly Bonus, Commissions
• Expenses: Car allowance + gas/tolls, phone & internet
